• Westwood is on a 'B' road 0.4km from the town centre
• at the front of the house there is level off-street tarmaced parking for guest cars
• there are three steps up to the wide front door
• the guest dining-room and lounge are on the ground floor. The ground floor has a w.c.
• the staircase is wide, gently rising and carpeted; there is a strong handrail
• both guest bedrooms are off the first floor landing. One has an ensuite shower room and the second an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
• mobile phone reception in Knighton is good
