Welcome

Westwood is a superb Victorian house, offering high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation and awarded four stars by the Wales Tourist Board. Guests regularly tell us it's the best bed and breakfast they've stayed at!

Westwood is ideally situated in the heart of magnificent walking and cycling country. If you enjoy quiet footpaths and roads and a slower pace of life, you'll love staying at Westwood and exploring the dramatic scenery of Mid-Wales and South Shropshire. There are fine views from the house over the garden to the hills beyond.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Knighton, within 5 minutes' walk of the town's amenities, including the bus and train station and two National Walking Trails, Offa's Dyke Path and Glyndwr's Way.

We've enjoyed welcoming B & B guests since 1999 and provide an excellent standard of hospitality. We do everything we can to make everyone's stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible (see our 'things to do' page).

Our modern en-suite guest bedrooms are spacious and quiet and have all the comforts and facilities you would expect from 4-star B & B accommodation.

We are used to accommodating guests with muddy walking boots and wet weather gear. There is private off-road parking for cars and secure overnight storage for bikes.

With its comfortable en-suite bedrooms, hearty breakfasts and warm welcome, Westwood is one of the best B & Bs in the area. We hope you'll come and stay with us if you're planning to visit this very special area.
